• Reynolds Ridge Community Room, Bethel — 2nd Monday of every month, 11:00 a.m.–12:00 noon
• Congregate Housing, Bethel — 4th Thursday of the month, 11:00 a.m.–12:00 noon
• Bethel Senior Center, Bethel — 2nd Friday of the month, 10:30 a.m.–11:30 a.m.
• Newtown Senior Center, Newtown —2nd Thursday of every month, 12:00 noon–1:00 p.m.

Flu Shots and FluMist are available. Flu Shots are for all ages over 6 months. FluMist is only available for healthy individuals age 2–49 with no medical contraindications—see Vaccine Information Sheet and FluMist Consent Form for medical questionnaire.

Bethel VNA will submit claims to the following insurance companies as a courtesy:

Aetna, Aetna Medicare, Anthem BC/BS, Connecticare, Connecticare Medicare, HealthNet Medicare, Medicare Part B, Oxford, and Wellcare Medicare.

Check with your insurance company to see if flu vaccine is a covered expense. Copay and deductible will apply. If your insurance company is not listed above, you may pay by cash or check. You will get a receipt to submit for reimbursement.

• Flu Shot $35 (all ages over 6 months)

• FluMist $40 (age 2-49 with no medical contraindications)

PLEASE WEAR LOOSE CLOTHING OR SHORT SLEEVES and BRING MEDICAL INSURANCE CARD.
