Registered Nurses: Assess, coordinate, monitor and provide intermittent hands-on care to both the acute and chronically ill. Many of the nurses have acquired advanced certification in Home Care Nursing.

Physical Therapists: Assist patients with gross motor problems through individualized therapeutic exercise programs.

Occupational Therapists: Focus on assisting patients with rehabilitation of their fine motor skills.

Speech-language Pathologist: Works with patients who have speech, language, swallowing and cognitive disorders.

Social Workers: Assist patients to access community resources, deal with changes brought by illness or injury and plan for future needs.
